We have provided the following frequently asked questions to help you get the answers you need!


Do you allow pets?

We allow your furry little pals to stay at our properties which have garden access. Currently that includes: During Winter, A 1 Bedroom Apartment within 3 minutes walk of Lancing Beach. During Summer, We have the addition of a 4 Bedroom Spacious House, a few minutes walk from the South Downs National Park.


Is there parking?

All of our properties have some sort of parking. All of the apartments have communal car parks surrounding the properties and also boast plenty of on road parking.The 4 Bedroom House has a large drive to the front of the property for your use. The Annex has use of the private single driveway to the rear of the property.


Do you have Children’s facilities?

At each property we have travel cots and highchairs that can be requested for your stay. Please note we do not include infants bed linen for the crib.


Do you supply Towels and Bed linen?

YES! When you stay at one JLH By The Sea’s properties you can expect a full hotel experience! Or maybe even better.


I am travelling away on business, I am booked to stay with you for 2 weeks. Will my apartment be cleaned during my stay?

YES! All of our properties are cleaned and bed linen replaced on a weekly basis. This is included in your nightly rate. If you would like to have your property serviced more frequently we can offer this at an additional cost. Please contact us for prices.


Can I check in early or check out and late?

We try our very best to accommodate these requests. It depends on our availability on the day so can only be decided quite close to your booking. Please feel free to ask and we’ll do all we can.
