Laburnum By the Sea is your home away from home, you can expect to walk in and feel at home straight away.

Bedroom

Our bedroom contains a full size double bed and a travel cot for any baby visitors. There is lots of storage for whatever length of stay.

Lounge

Our lounge contains a double pull out futon bed which is perfect for the smaller visitors or shorter stays. There is also a large family sofa to snuggle up on to enjoy a family movie at the end of the day. We are linked to Amazon Prime, Netflix and run super fast broadband to ensure you are never short of a film or two.

Bathroom & Kitchen

The modern bathroom and kitchen come fully equipped so you don’t have to worry about carting around your kitchen sink on this trip. Don’t even worry about a towel! We have you covered.

Garden

You can also enjoy our private, little, sun trap garden area which is perfect for a BBQ or just to sit with an ice cream with the Sun shining and the radio on in the background.

Location

If you’ve had enough of hanging around at the apartment you can take a 5 minute stroll down to the Beautiful Lancing Beach where you can enjoy amazing views right across to Brighton, Incredible food & Drinks at The Perch or just a quiet picnic on Beach Green.
